Older versions

If a new release misbehaves on your setup, you can go back to a previous version here. Just download and install it over your current one — your settings, device names and history are kept.

Your data is safe. DeviceShelf keeps settings and history in your user data folder, separate from the app itself, so installing another version never touches them. Going BACK to an older version is a different matter: once a newer version has opened your data, the older one refuses to start rather than quietly dropping the fields it does not know. It names the version that wrote the file and changes nothing. Reinstalling the newer version picks up exactly where you left off.
